Benz Strategic Group has been in operation for the last 20 years. We have experience working across most industries including professional services, manufacturing, aerospace engineering, hospitality, non-profits, government and education. Karen says, “People are people, regardless of what the work involves.” Problems such as toxic employees, an inexperienced member of a leadership team, or a leadership team at odds can be frustrating. She can quickly and painlessly assess the needs of an organization and craft a customized professional development program to fit those needs. In addition to being an experienced Executive Coach, Facilitator, Speaker and Leadership/Management Trainer, Karen has been teaching in higher education for the last 10 years. She currently teaches “Enterprise” at the Roger Williams University Gabelli School of Business.

Why Choose Us ?
I had the pleasure of being part of the team that produced the Not Business As Usual Conference with Karen. Her encouragement, positive attitude and commitment to the program was a strength to the team. She was always on time with any deliverables and then there to help others. As part of the conference process, Karen facilitated a teleconference and a workshop on DISC. She is an expert facilitator delivering just the right amount of information to her groups. Her communication style is clear. She doesn't complicate the message. In fact during the teleconference she was able to effectively create visual descriptions of the DISC styles with a few carefully chosen words. You could practically hear the ah-ha's from her virtual audience. I look forward to working on future projects with Karen. She has inspired me to be a better facilitator and leader through her actions and interactions.

"Prof. Benz was one of the most influential teachers I had at Providence College. Her focus on practical situations and real-life issues separated her from other professors. She also used her professional contacts and executive coaching skills to enhance the student experience in the classroom. She went out of her way to help me specifically in my career exploration, leading me to a career that matches my skills and interests."
